Shipping

All orders are shipped as ready. If any pre-order items are in your order, we will ship once they become available.

It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customers’ orders complete and on schedule. We understand that for some, time is valuable — and we strive to ensure it is not wasted. That’s why we use UPS as our primary shipping carrier.

UPS Delivery Methods:

  • UPS Ground Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days (order by 10 AM PST, Mon–Fri).
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery within 3 business days (order by 10 AM PST, Mon–Fri).
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days (order by 10 AM PST, Mon–Fri).
  • Note: Hawaii and Alaska may take one additional day.

Shipping Timeline:

We do our best to ship same day. However, high volumes may delay processing up to 48 hours when items are in stock. Orders received before 11:00 AM PST have a higher chance of shipping the same day. For urgent requests, leave a comment at checkout or contact us directly. While we will try our best, same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

UPS picks up at 3:00 PM PST daily. Orders after 11:00 AM PST may ship the next business day.

International Shipping:

While UPS is our default carrier, we can accommodate international carriers upon request. Provide your carrier details at checkout or via email, and we will confirm availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Credits are issued after inspection by our Returns Department.
  • All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We will not accept items that are:

  • Worn, Washed, or Altered
  • Snagged, Ripped, or Stained
  • Contain Odors or any Damage caused by customer

Return Authorization Number (RA#) Required:

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact us at ecom@editbynine.com to request your RA#. No returns will be processed without one. All credits are issued as store credit only. Credit card refunds are not available.

Clearly mark the RA# on your return package. This ensures quicker processing. We recommend using an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including exchanges and expedited shipping.

Returns past the 7-day window (excluding manufacturer defects) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
