MODO ERP

MODO is the cloud ERP (enterprise resource planning) platform developed in-house by Edit By Nine. We designed it for fashion and consumer product brands that sell across e-commerce, online wholesale marketplaces and trade shows, and it now runs our entire business.

What MODO does

• Inventory – real-time available-to-sell stock by style, color and size, including incoming production.
• Sales orders & allocation – orders from every channel in one place, with stock allocation and pick tickets for the warehouse.
• Invoicing & payments – invoices, card payments and accounts receivable.
• Shipping – carrier labels, tracking and shipment confirmation sent back to each sales channel.
• Production – purchase orders, production tracking and import shipments.
• Customers & sales team – customer accounts, sales rep assignment and commission reporting.
• Digital line sheets – line sheets generated from live inventory and product photos.
• Roles & permissions – simple, area-based access for owners, managers and staff.

Connected to sales channels

MODO connects to our direct-to-consumer online store and the online wholesale marketplaces we sell on. Orders flow in automatically and inventory is pushed back out, so every channel shows accurate stock.

Mobile apps

MODO powers our iPad trade show app, where buyers browse the collection and place orders on the spot, with badge scanning and live stock checks.
