Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. In-stock items typically ship within 2-5 business days. Pre-order and made-to-order items ship on or around their listed availability date; we will notify you when your order has arrived and is ready to ship.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship via UPS and other major carriers. Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated based on destination, weight, and service level and shown at checkout or on your invoice. Some orders may qualify for free shipping as noted at the time of order.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by text message and/or email.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Edit by nine (Ahnstk Inc) is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
