Shipping

All orders ship when ready. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once those items become available. Our primary carrier is UPS.

UPS Delivery Methods

  • UPS Ground Shipping — up to 7 business days (orders placed by 10 AM PST, Mon–Fri)
  • UPS 3 Day Select — up to 3 business days (orders placed by 10 AM PST, Mon–Fri)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air — up to 2 business days (orders placed by 10 AM PST, Mon–Fri)

Note: Hawaii and Alaska may require one additional day.

Processing & Pickup

Orders typically ship same-day when possible; high volume may extend processing to 48 hours for in-stock items. Orders received before 11:00 AM PST have the best chance of same-day shipping. UPS collects packages daily at 3:00 PM PST; orders received after 11:00 AM PST may ship the next business day.

International Shipping

Customers can request alternative carriers at checkout or via ecom@editbynine.com for international delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items in original packaging and unworn condition.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of snags, rips, stains, odors, or damage.

Process

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before processing. Contact ecom@editbynine.com or call 213-205-8125 to obtain one. Credits are issued as store credit only after inspection. Clearance items are final sale.

Fees & Responsibility

Customers pay return shipping costs. Returns after 7 days (excluding manufacturer defects) incur a 20% restocking fee. The company is not liable for lost returns.
