1. Eligibility

editbynine.com is restricted to approved wholesale buyers. By creating an account, you represent that you operate a bona-fide retail boutique and hold a valid resale certificate. We reserve the right to refuse service.

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices are wholesale, expressed in USD per unit (6-unit pack). Prices and availability may change without notice. Orders are filled on a first-come basis; sold-out colors are not back-ordered unless explicitly marked "Pre-Order".

3. Payment

Charges are captured at the time of order confirmation. Net terms are available for qualifying accounts; request via email after your first order ships.

4. Title & Risk of Loss

Title passes FOB origin (Los Angeles). Risk of loss passes to the buyer on carrier pickup.

5. Intellectual Property

All product imagery, logos, and copy on this site are © Edit By Nine. Resellers may use product imagery to merchandise the goods they have purchased, provided EBN attribution is preserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

EBN's total liability on any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected merchandise. EBN is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
